📦 Indiglow Artistry – Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, special collections), processing may take an additional day. • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays.
If your order requires extra time (for example: seasonal, fragile, or specialty-packaged items), we will notify you by email.
2. U.S. Shipping Rates We offer simple, transparent shipping within the United States.
Free Shipping • Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $35+ applicable to United States customers only. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Under $35 Shipping • Orders under $35: Shipping cost will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery windows: • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (Expedited options will appear at checkout only if available.)
Please note: • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier. • We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. • Weather events, carrier delays, and holiday volume may affect transit time.
4. Packaging & Handling Items are packaged securely for safe delivery: • Jewelry items are wrapped with protective materials • Delicate or seasonal items may include additional protective packaging • Multiple items may be combined into one shipment when possible
5. Order Tracking • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to begin showing movement.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to: • An incorrect address • An incomplete address • An issue preventing delivery
…the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Indiglow Artistry is not responsible for: • Packages marked "Delivered" but not received • Lost or stolen packages • Carrier delays once the package is in transit
We will, however, help you start an investigation or claim with the carrier whenever possible.
8. Holiday Season Notice During November–December, carriers experience high volume. Delivery may take longer than usual. Please order early for time-sensitive or seasonal items.
9. International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
