🔄 Returns & Refunds
📋 Our Return Policy We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All other orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
📩 How to Request a Return Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@indiglowartistry.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Return Conditions Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
🚚 Return Shipping We do not accept returns except in cases where the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged prior to shipment due to our error. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs. All other orders are not eligible for return.
📦 Carrier Damage or Lost Packages Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Indiglow Artistry is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or investigating the issue. Please contact us at contact@indiglowartistry.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
🔧 Defective Items If an item is found to be defective within 7 days of delivery under normal use, please contact us at contact@indiglowartistry.com with photos or video. We will review on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement or refund if the defect is confirmed.

💳 Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only within 3–7 business days after inspection. We do not offer store credit or cash refunds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
⏱️ Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Cancellations are not possible once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped.
💎 Jewelry & Item Disclaimer Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences. Artisan-inspired fashion jewelry may have small natural variations in finish or appearance.

✦ Indian Heritage Collection — Features metal alloys with decorative finishes and imitation stone embellishments inspired by traditional Indian designs. Pieces are fashion/costume jewelry and do not contain precious metals or genuine gemstones.
✦ Western Edge Collection — Features 316L stainless steel with 18K gold plating or polished silver-tone finishes. Stones include cubic zirconia (CZ), enamel accents, nacre/mother of pearl, faux pearls, and white ceramic elements. Pieces are not fine jewelry and do not contain precious metals or genuine gemstones.

📦 Missing or Wrong Items If you received the wrong item or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@indiglowartistry.com with photos or video and your order number.
